Audiology programme is focused on science students who want to enhance their knowledge of audiology and in-depth understanding. The course focuses on the practical, theoretical and therapeutic context of the audiology research, including recognizing, evaluating, rehabilitating and treating adults and children with hearing and vestibular dysfunction.
The course includes one brief clinical placement, in a department of NHS audiology or in the independent division to help gain valuable practical experience during your academic studies
Audiologists handle, detect, and treat issues with a patient's vision, balance, or hearing problem. Audiologists employed in health care clinics, such as physicians clinic, laboratories, hospitals etc. Some professionals work in schools with students and move between different facilities.

An honours degree minimum Upper Second or the equivalent grades in prerequisite courses are required for the admission. Required experience combined with alternative qualifications may be required for the admission as well as showing a keen interest in audiology.
International students may require to take the accredited testing system to demonstrate English proficiency.
For IELTS with an overall band of 7.0, including 7.0 bands in the written section
For TOEFL with an overall point of 100, including 25 in the written section

International candidates will be required to pay a deposit of £1,000 on their tuition fees before a certificate of acceptance for studies is given. This fee will only be refunded if permission to immigrate is rejected.
